Refer A Business Leader Terms and Conditions

1.Eligibility 

This referral promotion is open to individuals aged 18. To participate, the Referrer must introduce a business decision-maker that is not already engaged with Evolution Auto Limited (“EZOO”).

2. Referral Reward

For each successful referral, the Referrer will receive a monetary reward of £250 issued via bank transfer, following confirmation of a qualifying transaction: A referral is considered “successful” only when the referred business completes the delivery of at least one salary sacrifice vehicle through EZOO.

a) Rewards will be paid 60 days after delivery of the vehicle

b) There is no cash alternative or substitution for rewards.

3. Unlimited Referrals

There is no limit to the number of participants who can make a referral, provided each referee meets the eligibility criteria and proceeds to a successful vehicle delivery.

Only one Referrer may claim a reward per company. Multiple introductions from different Referrers to the same business will result in the first validated referral being eligible for the reward.

4. Promotion Period

This promotion runs continuously unless amended or withdrawn by EZOO. Any changes or closure of the scheme will be announced on the EZOO website. Referrals submitted after the closure date will not qualify for rewards.

5. General Conditions

Referrals must be genuine introductions. False, duplicate, or fraudulent referrals will be disqualified.

EZOO reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both Referrers and referred businesses.

All marketing or communications made by Referrers must be accurate and compliant with applicable laws. Referrers are independent individuals and must not represent themselves as employees or agents of EZOO.

Referrers may not make commitments or guarantees on behalf of EZOO.
