EZOO 3p Per Mile Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Summary

  • EZOO will cover the cost of the 3p per mile Mileage Tax introduced in the Spring Budget in November 2025, for the first 10,000 miles of your lease when taken out between 5th January 2026 and 31st March 2026
  • This cover ensures your monthly payments remain unchanged when the Mileage Tax comes into effect in April 2028.
  • The Offer is only available on new Salary Sacrifice leases taken out between 5th January 2026 and 31st March 2026.

 

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Offer, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your employer must be enrolled in EZOO’s Salary Sacrifice Scheme.
  • You must take out a new Salary Sacrifice lease with EZOO.
  • The lease must be signed between 5th January 2026 and 31st March 2026
  • Your lease must continue beyond April 2028, when the Mileage Tax takes effect.

 

3. What the Offer Covers

  • EZOO will cover the Mileage Tax equivalent for up to 10,000 miles, up to 3p per mile.
  • Any mileage above 10,000 miles will be chargeable to the driver under the rules of the Mileage Tax once implemented.
  • The Offer applies per lease contract and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

 

4. Important Notes

  • This Offer is only valid for Salary Sacrifice customers within the specified promotional period.
  • EZOO may repeat or extend this promotion in future campaign windows.
  • The Offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • EZOO accepts no liability for changes to government policy or any amendments to the Mileage Tax rate or implementation date.

 

5. Amendments

EZOO reserves the right to update, amend, or withdraw this Offer at any time prior to a lease agreement being finalised. Any changes will not affect customers who already hold a qualifying lease.

 

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales
